Generally one person in a department is assigned to approve study abroad courses for the major or minor. Elective credits and Core are approved by the dean’s office. Students should provide a course description when submitting courses for approval, and syllabi may be available upon request. It is not necessary to match courses precisely if the course meets the intent of the major, minor or TCU Core.
