Travel Registration on behalf of Students

This is a two-step registration process. To begin the process, the faculty or staff sponsor should complete the appropriate registration form below:
After receipt & review, you will receive instructions regarding the next step in the registration process, including a link to any required forms, documents, and additional information.

  • INTERNATIONAL or DOMESTIC Research, Conference, or Similar Activity (with or without faculty/staff sponsor traveling)

International Programs Travel Policy: This policy applies to all short-term international travel programs, organized or sponsored by TCU, that involve non-degree, undergraduate, and/or graduate students. TCU employees may email studyabroad@tcu.edu for access to the International Programs Travel Policy.
