Travel Registration on behalf of Students
To begin the process, the faculty or staff sponsor should complete the appropriate registration form below:
- INTERNATIONAL or DOMESTIC Research, Conference, or Similar Activity (with or without faculty/staff sponsor traveling)
- DOMESTIC / Study Away Programs (including class activities)
- INTERNATIONAL / Study Abroad Programs
International Programs Travel Policy: This policy applies to all short-term international travel programs, organized or sponsored by TCU, that involve non-degree, undergraduate, and/or graduate students. TCU employees may email firstname.lastname@example.org for access to the International Programs Travel Policy.
