Policies & Procedures

All faculty and staff accompanying TCU students abroad must follow the Procedures for TCU Sponsored Activities Away from Campus, outlined by the Chancellor’s Cabinet.

The Office of Risk Management gives advice, interprets policies, and makes judgments regarding actions/practices abroad.

While Deans and Unit Heads give approval and have oversight for these programs, the University has appointed the Center for International Studies to be a central point to store and share information.

The Center provides a streamlined process for adhering to the university procedures and electronic storage of TCU required materials and resources for best practices.
