Travel with Students

Faculty and staff accompanying TCU students abroad must follow the International Programs Travel Policy. This policy applies to all short-term international travel programs, organized or sponsored by TCU, that involve non-degree, undergraduate, and/or graduate students. TCU employees may email for access to the International Programs Travel Policy or complete the Call below to begin the registration process. 

If you are traveling internationally with students to attend a conference, conduct research, or participate in other unique experiences, please contact Kimberly Spragg ( regarding the process for registering student travel.

International Programs Resources

We are pleased to offer a number of resources to help you plan and implement your international program. Please contact Dr. Tracy Williams at for access to the Center’s resources in Box containing structural, logistical, and pedagogical tips and tools for leading programs abroad.

Call for 2020-21 Programs

The Center for International Studies is pleased to support faculty and staff taking students abroad for courses, field trips, and short-term programs.

We will begin accepting proposals for credit and non-credit programs planning to travel during:

  • Fall 2020 (i.e., fall break, Thanksgiving break)
  • Winter 2020/2021 intersession
  • Spring 2021 (i.e., spring break)
  • Summer 2021 (i.e., Maymester, June, July, August)
