Dr. Sandra R. Callaghan


Sandy became Director in 2017 after teaching for nearly 20 years in TCU’s Department of Accounting. She earned her Ph.D. from Michigan State University, M.P.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, and B.S. from TCU.

Dr. Tracy Rundstrom Williams : Associate Director

Tracy oversees the curricular aspects of study abroad, including teaching UNPR courses on global citizenship, assisting with faculty development and developing the Center's work on Global Realities. Tracy holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Texas at Arlington and her research on linguistic identity and intercultural learning has been published in various journals. During high school, college, and post-graduate studies, Tracy studied in Waterloo, Belgium; Osaka, Japan; and Nice, France. She co-leads the summer program on Human Trafficking in India.

Susan Layne : Study Abroad Advisor

Study Abroad Advisor

Susan began her work at TCU in 1987 and has been involved in International Studies since 1998 when she became coordinator for the TCU London Centre program. Since that time, she has taken responsibility for overseeing the TCU study abroad programs in Florence, Seville and two locations in London. Susan received a B.A. from TCU with an English major and Anthropology minor. She also received an M.A in English from TCU. Travel for Susan generally centers on visiting or leading students in the TCU programs she manages.

Tatiana Marceleño : Recruitment Coordinator

Joining the team in 2016, Tatiana is the newest member of the Center for International Studies and serves as the study abroad recruiter and marketing specialist. She manages general group advising, works with TCU's Partner Programs and represents the Center through campus outreach and student events. Tatiana graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Public Relations and has travel and study abroad experience in Quito, Ecuador; Beijing, China; Rome, Italy; Paris, France; and Barcelona, Spain.

Jesica Severson : Program Coordinator

Program Coordinator

Jesica manages the TCU in Rome semester program, coordinates international programs run by other departments and units, and provides other operational support for study abroad. She also serves as co-faculty advisor to TCU's Model United Nations program. Jesica joined the Center in 2012 after graduating from TCU with a B.A. in Political Science and the University of Oregon with an M.S. in Political Science. While at TCU, she studied abroad twice: in London, England and Beijing, China. Next on her lengthy bucket list is Havana, Cuba.
